Terms and Conditions for EduSolv Events

Effective Date: 01/04/2026

1. Bookings and Payments

Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your place. Your booking is only confirmed once we receive the total amount and send a confirmation email.

2. Refund and Transfer Policy

If you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the event date, you are eligible for a refund of the ticket price. A 10% administration fee will be retained to cover processing costs.

After this 7-day window, all ticket purchases are strictly non-refundable. This policy applies to all circumstances, including personal schedule changes and travel disruptions.

Tickets are issued to the individual named at the time of booking. Transfers to another named individual may be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested in writing to contact@edusolv.com no later than 7 days before the event.

EduSolv reserves the right to decline transfer requests at its discretion.

3. Intellectual Property

Everything shared during the event is the property of EduSolv. This includes all spoken presentations, digital resources, and any specific strategies, methodologies, or ideas discussed. You are granted a licence to use these insights within your own institution. However, you must not share, reproduce, or distribute any part of the event content to third parties or use it for commercial purposes outside of your own organisation.

4. Event Programme and Changes

We aim to deliver the agenda as advertised. However, we reserve the right to change the venue, timing, or speakers due to unforeseen circumstances. A change in the speaker lineup does not constitute a material change to the event and does not trigger a refund. In the event of full event cancellation by EduSolv, clause 7 applies and a full refund will be issued.

5. AI Technology and Personal Devices

During the event, we will demonstrate various software, apps, and tools that have AI embedded. You are welcome to follow along on your own machine to gain hands-on experience. Please note that you are responsible for your own hardware and software. EduSolv cannot accept liability for any technical issues, data loss, or settings changes on your personal equipment during these sessions.

6. Media Consent

We capture photos and video during our events to share insights on LinkedIn and Instagram. By attending, you consent to your image being used in our professional content. If you wish to opt out, please speak to the registration team upon arrival.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the ticket. We are not responsible for any indirect losses, such as travel costs or accommodation, should an event be postponed or cancelled. In the event of postponement, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

In the event that EduSolv cancels the event entirely, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.

EduSolv shall not be liable for any failure to deliver the event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to venue closure, extreme weather, or national emergency. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule and will communicate with all ticket holders promptly.

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of tickets for events produced and sold by EduSolv Ltd, as the contracting party and ticket issuer for all events linked to this page, including events co-organised with third-party partners.

8. Professional Conduct

We maintain a high standard of professional interaction. We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive. In these instances, no refund will be issued.

Latecomers may be admitted at the discretion of the organiser.

9. Data Protection

We handle your personal data in line with our privacy policy. We use your contact information to manage your booking and to send you updates about similar future events. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

10. Accessibility and Requirements

Please inform us of any dietary or accessibility needs at least 14 days before the event. We will do our best to accommodate requests made after this period, but we cannot guarantee availability due to the terms and conditions from the venue and catering providers.

11. Insurance and Venue Compliance

The venue holds public liability insurance policy for this event. However, the organisers do not accept liability for loss, theft or damage to personal property, or for personal injury sustained at the venue. This event is subject to the venue's own terms and conditions of hire. EduSolv reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the professional standards of the event. This event is governed by English law.

12. Media and Content Consent

Photography and Filming: by attending our events, you acknowledge and agree that EduSolv (the Organiser) or its authorised partners may take photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings throughout the programme.

- Usage Rights: You grant the Organiser a perpetual, royalty-free, and worldwide licence to use, edit, and publish these recordings. This includes use on our website, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other promotional materials.
- Purpose: These materials are used to showcase event highlights, provide educational insights, and market future services.
- Opting Out: If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please notify a member of our team upon arrival or contact us in writing before the event starts.
